Stuffed Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 6 Small red bell peppers
  • 6 small aubergines
  • 6 small courgettes
  • 6 Green tomatoes
  • 6 Red tomatoes
  • 2 Scallops onion
  • 2 Garlic fed
  • 1 bundt of basil
  • 1 bundt of mynte
  • 1 bundt of estragon
  • 300 gram pork/beef chopped meat
  • 3 lumps of day old white bread
  • 1 dl cream
  • 3 dl white wine

Directions

  • Cut of tops og vegetables and put aside
  • Take seeds out of peppers.
  • Take meat out of rest of vegetables.
  • Chop and fry all onions
  • Pour in vegetable meat and cook so it’s completeley cooked together
  • Chop herbs
  • Fry meat in separate pan
  • Put meat in vegetables
  • Put bread in vegetables
  • Put chopped herbs in vegetables
  • Put cream in vegetables
  • Mix well and fill vegetables.
  • Pour over white wine
  • Cook for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius
