- 6 Small red bell peppers6 small aubergines6 small courgettes6 Green tomatoes6 Red tomatoes2 Scallops onion2 Garlic fed1 bundt of basil1 bundt of mynte1 bundt of estragon300 gram pork/beef chopped meat3 lumps of day old white bread1 dl cream3 dl white wine
Directions
- Cut of tops og vegetables and put asideTake seeds out of peppers.Take meat out of rest of vegetables.Chop and fry all onionsPour in vegetable meat and cook so it’s completeley cooked together
