Creamy Potatoes

The onions make all the difference in thes recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 kilo potatoes
  • 3 onions
  • 6 dl cream
  • Gruyère cheese
  • 1 tbs muscat
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180˚C.
  • Slice onion into thin slices
  • Gently fry onion to when are soft and transparent
  • Put layers og onions and potatoes in dish
  • Mix cream, muscat, salt, and pepper and pour over
  • Top with shredded Gruyère cheese
  • Cook for 1 hour in oven
