Creamy Potatoes
The onions make all the difference in thes recipe
Ingredients
- 2 kilo potatoes
- 3 onions
- 6 dl cream
- Gruyère cheese
- 1 tbs muscat
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180˚C.
- Slice onion into thin slices
- Gently fry onion to when are soft and transparent
- Put layers og onions and potatoes in dish
- Mix cream, muscat, salt, and pepper and pour over
- Top with shredded Gruyère cheese
- Cook for 1 hour in oven
